Ain’t No Mountain High Enough - Table Mountain, Cape Town

£695.00
sold out

Much like the timeless melody of Marvin Gaye's iconic song, this painting celebrates the enduring power of love and resilience.

Through the majestic portrayal of Table Mountain against the backdrop of Cape Town's breathtaking sea and landscape. My aimed was to capture the essence of life's obstacles and challenges.

Table Mountain, with its towering presence and rugged terrain, symbolises the trials and tribulations that individuals may encounter in their relationships.

Yet, amidst the daunting peaks and valleys depicted in the painting, I aimed to translate an undeniable sense of strength and perseverance. Just as the song boldly declares, no mountain, no matter how formidable, can sever the connection between two hearts bound by love.

I hope this painting serves as a visual anthem and timeless reminder that love knows no bound, echoing the iconic refrain: "Ain't no mountain high enough, ain't no valley low enough, ain't no river wide enough, to keep me from getting to you."

Acyclic paint, mirror, mixed media finished with resin in selected areas.

Dimensions: 100 × 100 cm

  • Enhancing your living room, dining room, bedroom or dressing room with a touch of luxury.

  • Adding an elegant statement piece to your office or study.
